Joint project with LAND Arkitektur
On a southern slope near a common public intersection stands a 50s era detached house with an inner garden. The common green space filled with mature pines and surrounded by mountains creates a hub in the area and bridges between the area’s two recreation areas to the east and west. Along the exisiting street Runövägen, in the area’s highest and most northern part is placed a single-level house privileged with excellent views. At the center of the area by three short streets sits a house built on one and a half levels along a north-south line that follows the terrain. To the south stand two-story houses. The facades facing the street are integrated with a noisescreen that together with the expression of the pitched roofs gives the area a clear identity. The character of the houses rises from their prominent gables and steep pitched roofs. The timber cladding is accented with window sections distinguished in contrasting color.
